KABIR SINGH!!

Here is a review of a action filled romantic drama movie (like literally eveything in just one movie) which is a remake of a Telugu movie called Arjun Reddy. Arjun Reddy fans were critiquing at first that they shouldn't mess the originality of the movie cause..hey! lets be real, a sequel or a remake MOSTLY doesn't match the bar of the previous films. but, Kabir Singh's trailer kind of did it. Kabir Singh is the modern day Devdas, trying to self-destruct over love.

Lets first talk about cast first. Shahid Kapoor playing Kabir Singh is the star of the show. He has played a character of an alcoholic doctor who doesn't care about what people think about him but looking at the trailer it seems that he is an expert of his work.

Being a stubborn all his life, he finds a girl falls in love quite immediately and wanting to marry her despite all the chaos. The girl ,played by Kiara Advani, is a typical shy at first conservative character who soon falls in love with the most popular guy of college.

The next thing I cant stop gushing about is it's music. It is composed by Amaal Malik, Mithoon, Sachet-Parampara, Akhil Sachdeva and Vishal Mishra. I dont know about most of them but look how beautiful the composition is.

I cant get it out of my head.

The music album of the film is already a blockbuster. It has become everybody's jam nowadays. Subtle, strong and impactful. 

Seems there is uncannily attractive about jilted lovers those who loved and lost and crashed. Shahid Kapoor  is truly extraordinary in the titular role and cant wait to see his performance after Padmavat in which he nailed his character, Maharawal Ratan Singh. Devdas will never go out of fashion so I know Kabir Singh will be a hit.

Netflix and review!

Netflix is the new rage in our society. so here I am again suggesting some good Netflix movie watches!

MURDER MYSTERY(2019);

Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler made a come back after 2011 in this huge blockbuster at Netflix ,Murder Mystery.It is a hilarious movie featuring a couple who are finally going to their honeymoon after 15 years of marriage and there they get caught up in a murder case and to get themselves out of the storm the failed detective husband gets his time to shine.


THE PERFECT DATE (2019);

 Noah Centineo , whole world was drooling over him after to all the boys i've loved before. The perfect date is his latest project , he is the main character of the film ,a guy who wants admission in Ivy league college and wants to earn money so he creates an app from where anyone can pay him to play the perfect stand in boyfriend. Its not a perfect movie but its fairly good watch.

CRAZY RICH ASIANS (2018);

A cliche' story line but with Asian heritage. Asian heritage is shown very nicely , the colors and cinematography , locations and everything is breath-taking. A girl with modest background get in whirlwind world of one of the wealthiest families of Singapore, how she makes her place in that family and she had to go through, all this will feature in this film.


LOVE SIMON (2018);

 Love,Simon is about closeted teenage gay guy , who has a very close knit family and friends circle but struggling to come out , he hurts few of his true friends. This movie is full of raw emotions and engaging drama that you all will love.

TO ALL THE BOYS I'VE LOVED BEFORE (2018);

'To all the boys I've loved' before became the talk of internet last year ,it introduced the newest heart throbs of the industry Lana Condor and Noah Centineo. Movie is about a girl who writes letter to all her crushes but never give it to them. so , her little sisters get he hand of the letters and mails them to their addresses which creates a mess in her life. I would recommend this if you like cheesy teenage romantic comedies.

PAREY HUT LOVE THEATRICAL TRAILER

DISCLAIMER; The review is entirely based on my opinions you can differ from my thoughts so i hope its all good from here!

Yesterday the most awaited Pakistani film's trailer was released and like everyone else I was expecting a treat for our worthy nation but i was kind of disappointed. Asim Raza is one of the finest directors of our industry but he seriously needs to get out of his Pinterest mood.
The main lead has a sparkling chemistry and i think the ensemble cast might be the only reason I'll watch this film. Parey hut love should be ore like parey hut innovation.
Nadeem Baig is looking graceful as ever , Zara Noor Abbas' character looks like it will have some potential and there were some other known faces too like Rachel Viccaji , Shahbaz Shigri ,Frieha Altaf and many more.I dont get what's with all these cameo appearances in Pakistani movies, Film makers need to get a break on them and find other ways to grab public's attention may be they should try to find new scripts and ideas. Fawad khan - Asim raza's relationship is like SRK-Kjo he has to be some way or other in his movie. Only first minute of the trailer there were 3 cameo appearances *facepalm*.

Other than that trailer has some striking resemblances with YJHD and Ho mann jahan (which is obvious because same director, duh!) but some scenes look straight out of Shakar wandan.
Maya Ali and Shehryar 's roof top scene looks a copied version of YJHD's poolside scene only the location was changed .

pleas tell me am i the only one who sees resemblances in this scene?
The haldi scene is exactly the same in kabira song.
'YEH BHAGORA SIRF DIL TORTA HAI AUR KUCH NAHI KARTA' depicts the same character of playboy which Ranbir played in YJHD.

I think i got very harsh but i was really expecting something awesome out of this talented team but music sounds great. Looking forward to the songs.
Although having so much resemblance from Bollywood movies its still one of its kind in Pakistan and to match their level is epic and they are giving Bollywood some competition with this film.

That's all i can say about the trailer lets hope the movie is better and will raise the bar which the trailer didn't do justice to.

MUST WATCH MOVIES

I have been watching some movies lately and  have come across some great and bad ones. here i will be sharing some must watch so grab some popcorns !

NOTEBOOK (2019);

 This is kind of unexpected because i didn't expect to be such a nice film. Cinematography of the film is breathtaking, they have done justice to Kashmir's beauty. Surprisingly, story line is good too its a love story of two teachers who haven't met each other face to face but only through a diary. over all its a good watch between all those same Bollywood movies

WONDER (2017);

Our teacher made us watch this and we didn't regret a single moment of the film. this movie will make you emotional. story is about a kid, Auggie suffering from Treachr's Collin Syndrome how he survives his middle school but the great part is it doesn't only revolve around Auggie but his friends and family's perspective is also shown. I think its a great movie to watch with kids as it will leave you with some messages.

A QUIET PLACE (2018);

This was my favorite movie from last year and i don't watch horror movies at all but being a fan of  John Krasinski and Emily Blunt i had to watch, no one expected from a funny guy like john to make such an petrifying movie. the concept of no sound was just .. awesome .this movie is a whole experience filled with to how much extent a parent can go to save their children. It will definitely give you chills.

AVENGERS END GAME (2019);

 Being a marvel fanatic this was going to be in my list . This was an end to a whole era , wrapping up all 23 movies this had to be a best one and it was. Regardless of  how disappointing is to see it ending it will somehow leave you contended  and i still cant get enough of it. May be this will be my favorite movie of all time.

BADLA (2019);

Tapsee Pannu and Amitabh Bachan returned with this fabulous suspense thriller. This had so many twist and turns at every point that you wouldn't get bored for a second. Again kudos to Bollywood for making this masterpiece.

LOVE ROSIE (2014);

If you want a beautiful, light  Rom com movie to watch at weekend ,this is the one. The lead pair has an appealing chemistry, they both have nailed their roles. Rosie and Alex know each other from when they were kids and were best friends from then but how feelings get between them.Throughout the movie the best friends keep coming and going, discovering by distance, the fact that they truly love each other. Love Rosie is going to be in my top picks forever! do watch it!

NEXT MARVEL MOVIE

Marvel fans has been through whirlwind of emotions this year.First the loss of the legend Stan Lee and then the the ending of the saga of 23 films that have been a major part of our entertainment.After the heartbreak of getting no end credits scene fans have finally got something to latch on and that is the upcoming marvel movie 'Spider man;Far For Home',here are five reasons we are excited about this movie's release;

 

POST ENDGAME:

As the trailer shows Peter coping with Tony's death we will hopefully find some answers about how this super hero universe is going to move forward without its OG characters?.who is going to be the next big thing of MCU? how is it going to be like without the avengers? it will mark the end of an era in MCU and moves beyond Thanos.

STEALTH SUIT:

Finally we will get another solo spider-man movie,Tom Holland's homecoming was a great movie one of my favorites from marvel universe.so,I've been looking forward to it since homecoming.tom makes a great spider-man in my opinion has got a huge fan following that's waiting for him to give them something great after the end of avengers.

so, people if you have watch the trailers then you must've noticed spider-man's black suit.what is the game behind that so I've researched a bit and found out that sit is named stealth suit and it will be given to peter by none other than Nick fury.this lets him to blend into the shadows which keeps him away from the unnecessary attention.

if this is true or not, we will find out in the movie!

ZENDAYA'S CHARACTER:

 Zendaya is great actor but her role in homecoming was as tiny as a dot which was very disappointing as her fans were expecting a great role as per her promotions were done. but we see a lot more of Z in the this trailer and hopefully in the movie too. looking forward to knowing if she is the Mary Jane to Peter Parker. Eeeeeexcited guys!!!

MYSTERIO'S ENTRY:

Jake Gyllenhal is marking his entry in the marvel universe through this movie as Mysterio. In comics,Mysterio is regularly depicted as a villain but the trailer shows him as good guy so what's the mystery behind that? In Far From Home, he is helping Peter to help him fight with the elementals as he is very well known or even an expert about elementals. He will be shown to be a smart one but like his name his character will be a mystery until the release

END CREDIT SCENE:

Fingers crossed about this one! but hopefully we will have a end credit scene which is very exciting for true marvel movie fans.

THE ELEMENTALS:

Spidey is expected to fight against ancient beings known as The Elementals which include Hydron, Hellfire, Magnum and Zephyr. In trailer we see Mysterio and Spidey fighting water that is actually Hydron.
The Elementals have control over their respective elements such as Hydron is the lord of the waters ,Hellfire is the wielder of flame , Magnum is the master of Earth and Zephyr is the mistress of the winds.
The Elementals are extra-dimensional humanoids who arrive on Earth from distant universe after becoming immortals,they gain control over natural forces and rule the kingdom of Earth.
